Store Policy

FDC™ Foam Design Center strives to ensure that our customers receive only the highest quality service and merchandise. However, we realize that you may wish to return an item to us. Please carefully read the following Return Policy to see if your item meets the criteria for an acceptable return. If so, please contact a FDC™ Customer Service Representative at 1-888-243-5755 for assistance and to obtain the required RMA number.

Authorized Return Period
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. FDC™ will accept the return of some items within 30 days of the date of the original invoice. FDC™ cannot accept returns after this authorized return period. All custom foam shapes are non-returnable.

Shipping Disclaimer Notice
FDC™ makes every effort to ship orders within 24 hours of the time the order is placed if the products are in stock. Orders placed before 1:00pm Pacific Time that request express shipping will usually be shipped that same day for in stock merchandise. Orders placed online after 1:00 pm Pacific Time will usually ship on the following business day. (For example, if you place an order on Friday afternoon, your order will ship out on Monday.) If your order is placed after 1:00 pm and you your order shipped that same day, please call FDC™ at 1-888-243-5755 and we will make every effort to accomodate your request. Please also note that next day shipping does not include Saturday delivery. (For example, if you place an order on Friday afternoon and choose a next day delivery option, your order will ship out on Monday and be delivered to you on Tuesday.) If you require Saturday delivery, please call FDC™ and speak with a representative. Additional charges will apply for Saturday delivery.

Web Browsers
Please note that the Mozilla FireFox web browser does not fully support the java script / code included in our site and may display a quantity discount at the wrong price. As a result of this known issue, FDC™ is not responsible for the misinterpretation of pricing and discounts on this site. The final price shown at checkout is the price you will be charged.

Restocking Fee
ALL returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Return Material Authorization (RMA)
RMA numbers are required for all returns and will be issued by a FDC™ Customer Service Representative for all approved returns. Products returned without an RMA number will NOT be accepted.

Returned Merchandise Must Be in Original Condition
FDC™ will NOT accept Returns in other than ORIGINAL, UNUSED condition. All products must be in original, unaltered condition. ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN USED MAY NOT BE RETURNED.

Damaged Merchandise
FDC™ is not responsible for merchandise damaged by customer misuse or failure to follow instructions specified. Returns will not be accepted for merchandise that has been damaged by customer misuse or negligence.

Credits, Refunds and Exchanges
FDC™ does not offer cash refunds for returned items. A credit for your returned item(s) will be applied to your FDC™ account. You may use this credit to purchase other FDC™ merchandise.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are not refundable. Credits for returned merchandise will not include the original shipping charges. Customers are also responsible for paying the shipping charges to return the item(s) to FDC™.

Exchanged Merchandise
We do not except exchange.

All chemical material (polymer glue chemicals, cement, grout, adhesives, etc.) must be UNOPENED and UNUSED and in ORIGINAL condition in order to qualify for a return. Returns of opened or used chemicals will not be accepted.

Return Procedure
If your item was purchased within the last 30 days and meets the above criteria for an acceptable return, call FDC™ at 1-888-243-5755 (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Standard Time) for a REQUIRED Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. If possible, have your invoice available and reference your invoice number for faster service.

Pack all items to be returned in a sturdy shipping carton (you may use the original shipping carton if you wish). Print the RMA # on all sides of the shipping carton. Ship returned items back to FDC™ at the address below by the most convenient means. We suggest you ship by an insurable shipping method that allows package tracking, such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc. Return shipping must be paid by the customer.

Enclose a copy of your invoice and write the RMA # on it. Keep the original receipt for your records. Your return must be received within 10 days from the date the RMA # is issued.

To assure that a credit is issued, all items must be returned in ORIGINAL UNUSED condition. All warranty cards, product manuals, etc. must be in ORIGINAL, unaltered condition. Do not tape or deface manufacturer's original product cartons.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. DO NOT sign for a damaged package without a full inspection of its contents. All items damaged in shipment are insured. If you receive a damaged item, please contact UPS within 24 hours or call a FDC™ Customer Service Representative at 1-888-243-5755.

If you do not receive your order within 2 weeks please contact us; your order may be lost in transit. Orders may be tracked at with a tracking # that we provide you.
